Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hygiene seals and garment tags remain intact and undamaged.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your parcel at any authorized courier drop-off point; you will receive a notification and your refund or exchange once our warehouse team inspects the items.
